At 4PAWD Creations, every order is created, selected, or curated with care. Because many of our products are handmade, one-of-a-kind, custom-made, or produced in limited quantities, our return policy differs from that of large retailers.

Please review the information below before placing your order.

One-of-a-Kind Handmade Items

Many products sold by 4PAWD Creations are individually handcrafted using ice dyeing and other artistic processes.

All one-of-a-kind items are sold as shown and are considered final sale.

Due to the handmade nature of these products:

• No two items are exactly alike.

• Variations in color, pattern, saturation, and artistic detail are expected.

• Natural differences between pieces are not considered defects.

• Returns or refunds will not be issued due to color variation, dye placement, artistic differences, or personal preference.

When purchasing a one-of-a-kind item, you acknowledge that uniqueness is part of the product's intended character and value.

Print of the Week, Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items

Items produced as part of a pre-order, limited release, custom print, or made-to-order collection are created specifically for the customer after purchase.

As a result:

• Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

• Refunds are not available for made-to-order items due to buyer preference.

• Exchanges are not available for incorrect sizes selected by the customer.

Please review sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Thrifty Threads Collection

Thrifty Threads items are reclaimed, recycled, vintage, or previously loved garments that have been creatively transformed.

These items may include minor signs of prior wear consistent with their history and character.

Unless an item has been significantly misrepresented in its listing, Thrifty Threads purchases are considered final sale.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the item

• Photographs of the packaging, if applicable

Once reviewed, we may offer:

• A replacement (when available)

• Store credit

• A refund

• Another reasonable resolution at our discretion

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process and post the refund to your account.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Certain items may require additional processing time, including:

Estimated timelines for these items will be provided whenever possible.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped through trusted shipping carriers selected at the time of fulfillment.

Shipping rates are calculated during checkout based on the destination, package size, weight, and shipping method selected.

Once an order has shipped, delivery timelines are the responsibility of the carrier and may be affected by:

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Incorrect Shipping Information

4PAWD Creations is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate addresses provided by the customer.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be re-shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is outside the control of 4PAWD Creations.

If your package appears delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using the provided tracking information.

We will do our best to assist when possible.

Customers located in or near Boone, Iowa may select Local Pickup during checkout when available.

Production timelines may vary based on supplier availability, order volume, and production schedules.
